Brown College: Deceptive Acceptance
Dec. 2nd, 2009 12:26 amSo many of you know about my endeavours to get into Brown College. I was notified today that I was on the Top 55 list. (near the bottom, gaaahh)
This isn't a definite yay or nay (except for like...the first ten people, I'm sure)
What happens is the Housing Division will send out an x number of acceptance letters to the top people in the list. Depending on who accepts/rejects the offer, these offers propagate down the list.
I AM WORRIED AS HELL.
My friends have told me not to worry. A friend who LIVES in Brown has told me not to worry.
But how can I not? I worry. This is what I do. I really dislike non-definite stuff, especially when it comes to important things like housing.
I make worrying look like an Olympic event..
Anyway, let's hope for the best. In the meantime, I'm making all my Brown questions public and not friends only, since it doesn't matter any more.
