This would be so totally awesome- I don't even know! Everyone I've met says Depp would be a great Crowley. I agree, but Depp's getting too old to play the young guys. My friend who'd just read Good Omens was trying to tell someone else what Crowley was like and picked this Flash Bastard (trademark) right here. I'd never thought about it before, but it's totally viable.

I feel like his character on the show is just the right mix of smug confidence and enthusiastic narcissism that would work well for Crowley

Are they finally getting a move on? Sheesh. Good Omens DOES take place in the nineties after all...

Neh. I don't care who they cast as long as they get a move on. (they were rumoring Robin Williams as Aziraphale last I heard, and that guy can do jsut about anything...)

I dunno. There's so much going on, and the wry commentary is what makes the book. I don't think it would translate well to a movie unless they totally disassociated it from the book and just kept a few of the characters and major plotlines.

I don't want them to do that, but I know it's sort of inevitable.
