Better Musical UST Than The Libertines

foolish_m0rtalHoly CRAP. I have never seen such angry cello playing in my life- so hot.
Also, these guys cannot fake fight to save their lives. It just comes off looking like...well, I think I finally understand FoeYay. I'm not sure how they achieve this with like, 5 feet of space between them the entire time, but oh, if I could manage that in my fiction, I would be satisfied. Maybe it helps that Luka Sulic is all Intense Face and Stjepan Hauser looks like he's about three seconds away from- hey look, they've done some other duets together. I'm going to leave and check it out. I'm calling this other duet "Ben Hur and Messala Before the Relationship Went South." (Alternately named: "Hey, I Thought You Weren't Allowed To Show Sex on T.V")
And so I'm calling this one "Ben Hur and Messala After Politics Got in the Way But They've Still Kind of Got a Thing." Read about it if you don't believe me. Gore Vidal is such a wonderful interesting guy.
Also, not sure if it is going to be removed at some point, but the blog also has a comment by one of the suspiciously familiar Genial Spammers we've been seeing on Livejournal lately. Hmm.
How tempted am I to write a rubbish fic based off this? Oh so very tempted, dear god. Take it away before I do something rash.
