So since the Japanese have auspicious connotations with the first "dream of the year," I'm slightly disturbed by mine, since it had me on my laptop typing up an intense superhero story while sitting in on a ballroom/Latin dance lesson with some of my old high school classmates.

And then I was in the actual story as a superhero, and apparently there was a law that we had to buy a special kind of petrol because it helped the law separate us from the 'normals,' which was somehow going to facilitate the capture of criminals.

I am not sure what this means for the new year, but it can't be good.

On the bright side, no dreams about the end of the world. Of course, I went to the Berkeley theatre to watch Melancholia on Christmas Day, so maybe that ship has sailed already.
