Very strange, but I keep seeing these people on television and wonder if they're related somehow.
Anyway, they should start either a crime-fighting unit or a traveling musician troupe. Something amusing. Anything.

From Left to Right: Dylan McDermott, Michael Trucco, Joe Flanigan
Dylan McDermott: Most famous for his role as Bobby Donnell on "The Practice." Perhaps more importantly, he was in "Twister." !! Upcoming role in new TNT drama series Dark Blue. (hopefully, the title theme will be "Dark Blue" by Jack's Mannequin. That song should be used for everything, actually.
Joe Flanigan: Most famous for his role as Lt. Col. John Sheppard on "Stargate Atlantis." Reprising role in Stargate Atlantis movie Stargate: Extinction.
Michael Trucco: Most famous for his role as Samuel Anders in the reimagined 2008 series Battlestar Galactica. Nothing upcoming at the moment.
I see McDermott as the insufferably smug successful older brother with Trucco as the resentful overshadowed middle brother and Flanigan bringing up the end as the wise-cracking slightly neglected youngest brother who holds everyone together with his ever-optimistic attitude.

See? They WOULD form a crime-fighting unit! They would be awesome! They could be called Band of Brothers! (Shakespeare's Henry V reference! *dance*) On the run! Because they committed a crime they didn't...commit... Erm. Battling robotic armies and stuff! And resolving family issues involving their parents splitting up and their subsequent isolation from each other due to being shuffled around. YES.
Episode ten: Flanigan suffers a bad injury from a stray round when the group battles Christopher Eccleston and his Army of Ruthless Englishmen, effectively sweeping the feet out from under the team dynamic. As McDermott and Trucco try and get Flanigan back to civilization before he bleeds out, they are forced to appreciate how much they rely on him and the issues they need to resolve between them if they ever want to work together and save little brother Joe's life! Stay fucking tuned, dear viewers!!
