new journal?

Attention:
Because of the amount of traffic coming into my journal from real life, I'm thinking of moving all my stories to a separate journal.

I gave a nice pretty speech about sticking to my guns and having a 'take the entirety of who I am or go away' attitude that's slinking away as more and more of my friends from RL visit my journal. (they are under the impression it is more of a blog, which has slightly different connotations than a journal...)

This also makes it easier for people who want to stay updated on my stories without necessarily getting my personal posts in their feed. So 'friending' carries less of a personal weight. It's more like...Story Alert on FF.net. (actually, I think LJ has that in Track This....)

MOG and NF-kun have already done this, so I'm thinking about it too.

GO FOR IT. *is biased*

I jsut did it because my stories tend to be long-winded things and I thought i could seperate it out. but privacy is good. (Just be sure ot tell us so we can flail, eh?)

I could, but then people who are LJ members who are NOT my friends also would not be able to read my journal. And it's not like I want to separate everything;

For example, I have recipes on LJ that I don't mind RL people accessing.
