So you're in the middle of exporting your files into an archive file and get an error saying your project could not be zipped because it is out of sync. This is probably the SVN's fault. Like it as much as I do, SVN, you make me sad sometimes.
Quick fix, Go to File-> Refresh and then try again. This should fix your problem.
I figured this out pretty much on accident, but this blog reconfirmed it. It seems like a really interesting place where the blogger just voices his/her thoughts on programming.
